The manufacturer takes no responsibility for his product

I bought this pump for a cool box and after about a month it just stopped working. I asked the manufacturer to replace it for me (I offered to return the one I bought). Since they didn't want to replace the product, I asked them to refund my money. They also refused to do so! Either it was an inferior product, or maybe I got a "lemon". But I am very unhappy that the manufacturer did nothing to correct us, the buyer!
