The team at CIMS were professional, friendly & knowledgeable about our business processes which made them an easy choice to work with in this project! I would highly recommend working through their services for your CRM implementation needs as they have been able to help us achieve what we needed without any major issues or complications along the way. We are currently using all of these products but still prefer some features from each one over others - however that is not always reflected when choosing between companies so it's important you do research into who will best suit your requirements before signing up too many providers!! Our main issue was consolidating data across multiple systems (SalesForce/CRMs etc) such that reporting could be done more easily by management teams within organisations rather than having separate reports created manually every month / quarter.
