Low price but low quality.
As some other reviewers have pointed out, I had to glue the handle even before using this brush for the first time. After a few uses I don't think the bristles will last very long. The brush could be used without repairing the handle. The grip would just be less comfortable. I probably wouldn't discourage those who want a cheap brush from buying one, but next time I'd rather pay a little more for a better item.
