Review on Pairs Tektro Shimano Br M575 DP B01S by Roger King

I ordered agglomerated pads and they work well on the 3 mile descent to work. There is too much material in the pads so the pad was dragging the rotor from the start even though my calipers were fully depressed. At first I wanted to sand down some material but ended up using my old brake discs to clean the pads so they wouldn't drag anyone. Once the pads stopped dragging, I put on my new floating rotors and then reattached the brakes. I have a Super73 S1 and the bike weighs around 70 pounds. I have a 210 so the pads have to stop a lot of mass especially on the descent. I traded the ability to modulate the brake lever for an increase in absolute stopping power. After 2 days of commuting the pads and new rotors have bonded well and I am very happy with the stopping power compared to my old rubber pads. If the pads had 0.5mm less material, I would give them 5 stars. The brakes I have on my e-bike are Tektro HD-E350.
