So, for starters. This is a good pair of shoes. Not very convenient but good if you need something not so expensive. I like the color and the material is soft and flexible. The soles of the shoes are not comfortable at all. It's kinda hard. I feel like I'm walking through holes. But the sole of the shoe gives support. I can squat and feel stable. It's nice to have them because I feel like my legs can breathe while I'm working hard in the gym. I just prefer to stay on the elliptical or cardio bike instead of running now.
