There was a time when it was impossible to get a BBC micro:bit and people were willing to give anyone who could put it in the Finger could get paid any extra one. I think this kit is from that period. However, anyone can get a Micro:bit these days, so there's no reason to overpay for such a kit if it doesn't contain anything useful. It has an on/off button and connects to the power adapter, giving you better use of the Micro:bit for mobile devices. Good to have. A plastic case into which the components hardly fit. Taking out the power bits allows you to fit the Micro:bit and some useful components, but it's not big enough to be very useful for anything else. Cons: - This is it. Just power and a micro:bit in a plastic case that barely fits anything. Received this at the same time as the tiny solder kit and had to look under the cover to make sure they matched. So you only pay for food options. If you're really desperate for a micro:bit and a 2xAA power supply in a case that's barely big enough to store them along with some components then this is perfect for you, but I don't know how many people that covers. .
