I didn't like at all (and the reason for the return) the "obvious" need to have a Microsoft account to get the Windows 10, for that you paid for. It should come with Windows 10 installed, but no, you need to create a Microsoft account to get Windows 10 and the computer running. The problem for me is that I've been locked out of my microsoft account for 2 months so this pc will be a really good third base. Now I know how to get around this, which I will do with a computer I buy locally as online electronics support is pretty much useless. You ask them a question and you can even say "SPIRIT".
