I bought this computer when I became a representative of ZERODOWNSOLAR.INFO. I use it for ZOOM meetings and presentations, it works great for what I need. I dont know. If I've ever bought a new laptop and for what I paid for it, it seems fine. Arrived quickly, very well packaged.

I liked that my computer looked good when it arrived, but was a bit disappointed when my hard drive failed a few months later. When I sent it to Dell for review, they told me that this hard drive is not a Dell hard drive and is not advertised. Now I don't have $499.

I had my previous Dell for about 10 years. so i decided to buy a new one. I've been using it for about 2 weeks and the spacebar is terrible. barely click it, it's not a space, click it to double the spaces. very annoying.

This product does not have most of the features advertised. First, there is no backlight. Second, the headphone jack doesn't work. The computer overheats after 15 minutes of operation. Damn, almost burned his son's leg. The backlight of the screen is not adjustable. I was so excited about this purchase until I received it and boom. big disappointment. I want my money back.

I didn't like at all (and the reason for the return) the "obvious" need to have a Microsoft account to get the Windows 10, for that you paid for. It should come with Windows 10 installed, but no, you need to create a Microsoft account to get Windows 10 and the computer running. The problem for me is that I've been locked out of my microsoft account for 2 months so this pc will be a really good third base.
