Very high quality. Easy to install

I've always hated mounting a monitor because I didn't want to drill holes anywhere. This is completely bypassed so you can just install it on your desk. It's really easy to install and comes with clear instructions. It is very durable and easy to adjust. I would definitely recommend it to a friend.
