This is a "blurry" screen, not a privacy screen. Don't hang up and then walk around naked. I felt like I was living in a zoo - my kitchen windows overlook an ugly alleyway behind my townhouse and weird balconies in the alleyways that look straight into each other's kitchens. This creates just enough blur so I don't have to look my neighbors in the eye when they're sitting outside and not watching me cook. The rainbow effect is a bit pastel to me during the day but more vibrant at night. of street lamps. Much better than the kind I had before. It was pretty easy to install. I don't recommend putting in a larger piece than you need and then cutting it down to the size you want. I actually made mine after measuring and then cut a few inches smaller than the window pane; This helped get rid of any air bubbles and I think it helped adhesion. It can be changed if you put it down! There's plenty of room for forgivable mistakes! All in all, I recommend this if you're looking for a nice blurry screen. Depending on the lighting, a prism effect is created. The wooden floors in my kitchen create a beautiful rainbow effect at certain times of the day and make me smile. I'm happy with that.
