Much better quality than the original slides in my filing cabinet. Replacing old slides isn't that difficult, especially if you've already replaced four or five. Worst when you need to replace the bottom drawer slides. Access to this place is incredibly difficult. If you're replacing the bottom drawer, I'd also recommend getting Icy Hot and Alleve to go with it. For all other boxes it's pretty easy. Some of the holes in my wooden filing cabinet matched those in the replacement. I started with these screw holes and just added a few new screws evenly spaced. This is a type of soft close and usually stays closed, unlike the older ones which opened slowly.
