I like it. Broomsticks and dustpans are made up of parts that need to be twisted together. I got it wrong the first time, but I corrected my mistake and used it after about 5 minutes (without reading the instructions). At first I was concerned that the bristles were too soft, but this broom glided across the floor, sweeping up dirt and hair like a dream. I have a Husky so my main reason for buying it was the hairy hardwoods and it doesn't disappoint. After using my teeth to clean my broom I realized that soft bristles were needed and they work great. I also have back problems and the broom and dustpan handles are long enough that I don't have to bend down and can sweep easily. Bonus. All the dirt rolls perfectly into the scoop the first time! I live in a tiny house and this set is the perfect space saving full size broom. The sticks are made of thin aluminium, which can easily bend if handled incorrectly.
