This is by far the best company I have dealt with. I not only like their products but also their customer service. I got fed up with the lights at home first and like most I checked it out with all the curtains on during the day. with drawn curtains. In direct light, they were more than visible in any mode. The day I decided to drive. .I left my bike in the driveway behind my car for less than 45 seconds to change my shoes. And when I got out, I saw a boy racing my road bike, which he doesn't even like. I replied to an email from this company to see if I was happy with my purchase. I told them what had happened and to my surprise their rep contacted me again and said they would replace it with another kit so I could be seen on my next bike. I was upset because I had lost all my flashlights, tools and water bottles. So thanks to them one less worry and I was able to buy another bike which literally just arrived and I will make a video of the installation.
