Review on 🚲 B&W International Bike Bag: Your Ultimate Travel Companion for Your Bicycles by Richard Lamptey

We have just returned from a bike ride in Germany, France and Italy. The bag arrived in Germany with the left front handle torn off. On closer inspection, there is no reinforcement fabric under the thin bar of the handle. The carrying handle was simply sewn onto the outer shell of the bag. Clearly a quality/manufacturing/design issue. The bag and wheels are good for traveling in airports, train stations and even cobblestone streets. Up and down stairs and escalators etc. The zip got stuck on the C pillar and at some point during the ride the zip broke. I sewed my last trip to the US from Rome. However, when I picked it up at my destination, it was fully open and undone with a new slash on the side. The bag isn't cheap, and while it was adequate for this trip, it's no longer needed. I expect a bag at this price to hold up better. I can provide photos upon request. How can we fix this?
