These K&N oil filters are among the best on the market and I use them on all four of my vehicles. They seem to filter the synthetic oil I use well. The only thing I add to every K&N oil filter is a 1 inch wide strip of 3M non-slip tape around the perimeter of the oil filter so I can press it firmly with my hand. Otherwise, they're so smooth you don't know if they're fully tightened. Removal is easy thanks to the 1" nut built into the base of each filter. So far in my years of experience with them I haven't had a single filter leak. I highly recommend these oil filters.
