Like many other customer complaints, this one came with scratches. as if it were out of its box. So I went to Walmart and looked at the exact same model! Interesting! The hand with the magnet isn't made of cheap plastic. But durable and some kind of metal. Not everything is scratched, that's for sure. Is the one I just bought a fake with the logo on the product? Obviously not the same. But! The model numbers and codes on the boxes are identical. I know they are made in China, but why is Walmart's so much more durable? This one was made in China? Or made in a cheap Chinese fake? Extremely annoyed and disappointed. Put it back in the box and keep it for my workshop. with Walmart Proctor Silex. "heavier strong" in my kitchen. paid 1.50 less at Walmart. There is definitely something wrong with the bender and the product or its supply chain. just say 🤷‍♂️
