My son, like many other kids who have never seen the tape, saw the Awesome Mix from Guardians of the Galaxy and immediately wanted an "old fashioned boombox like yours, Mommy!" (Thanks, for calling me old baby) I chose this for his birthday and I'm so glad I did because he loves it so much! He'd rather listen to music on it than his iPad, so that's an asset in itself! old school. It has a classic ghetto blaster sound and I was surprised that it had real switches and knobs and no digital stuff. I like it so much I'm considering buying one for myself. Definitely a great buy for the money!
