Thickness: Good, comfortable but not too hot for a 3 billion degree Georgia summer Durability: I wear them for workouts too, the 1, 5 to 2 hours on weekdays. Both have held up well, no betting, no loose laces. Height above the shoe: They sit a little higher than the shoe but I prefer to prevent my skin from rubbing on the sides. The lip is great. Conclusion: I am satisfied with them. You could probably get the same deal at TJ Max or a discount store, but when I buy other items I find they're just better put together for the money. Big tip on socks, but a car is only as good as the tires on it. 👍🏻
