A few socks and washes later

Thickness: Good, comfortable but not too hot for a 3 billion degree Georgia summer Durability: I wear them for workouts too, the 1, 5 to 2 hours on weekdays. Both have held up well, no betting, no loose laces. Height above the shoe: They sit a little higher than the shoe but I prefer to prevent my skin from rubbing on the sides. The lip is great. Conclusion: I am satisfied with them. You could probably get the same deal at TJ Max or a discount store, but when I buy other items I find they're…

Great product for the price.

I actually bought them by accident, I wanted to get UnderArmor pants that look exactly the same. Good socks, but fit loosely. I like the UA shoes because they fit snugly and I love the stripe around the midfoot. They were packaged very well, I have nothing to complain about. The reason for 4 out of 5 is just because it is a loose sock. I have size 10-10.5 US mens. I am a marine engineer on ships. I climb cars and stuff so I like tight socks and tight shoes because of the uneven foot placement…

Great socks! Very similar to Balega Hidden Comfort

So far I really like these socks. A little less than a month has passed, but the number is excellent. It's not too tight and there aren't any weird seams anywhere to bother you. I compare each ankle sock to the Balega Hidden Comfort (biggest sock ever) and these U&I socks hold their own, especially considering the cost. I wear shoes loose and these socks don't fall off my ankles. They have a nice fabric hem (like the balegas) that keeps them in place. They're not super thin, but they're not…

much stretching; Don't make them easy to pull.

These U&I socks are good and I think they fit most feet. The thick ribbed band on the back of the heel is very comfortable to hold. The socks did not slip when worn. The socks don't crease or pinch when I put the shoes on. The fingers are very well made. And while the socks offer good cushioning when needed, they're also well ventilated to keep you cool from hot feet. The problem I have with socks is that they stretch a lot. I am comparing them to similar top Allen Edmonds socks I had and wish…

Well lined but not hot

These are very good socks. The padding on the bottom and back is nice and thick. Elsewhere the toe box is thin so your feet won't get hot despite the nice padding. One thing that worries me is that the sock shrunk a lot in the wash. I'm a size 11 so it doesn't matter (yet) due to the stretch of the fabric. This gives me concerns about durability. However, at this price, the socks don't need to last extremely long to be great value for money.
