I purchased this product but it arrived broken, I put the battery in and the door/cover would not open. At first I thought it was the battery so I tried another new battery straight out of the box and it still didn't work. I thought it was a fluke so I sent it back and got a replacement from Amazon a few days later. I tested this one and it opened BUT the door wouldn't close. It looks like the latch is completely stuck and I've never used it. Also, there were no labels for this product, which I found strange as it could be completely confusing, if you have never used this product before.
