Needed several small irrigation systems for around the house, and this one seemed good to try out before buying additional ones. upon receipt, was missing 1 emitter and 1 roll of teflon tape (items in kit were spelled out in a Q&A for the product). i tried contacting the seller multiple times via the email address listed in their paperwork, but no response over 2 weeks. I liked the system, the tubing was soft & flexible (not thin, hard plastic), and the system was easy to lay out, cut and assemble, and everything worked as advertised. but i will not be purchasing any additional systems, i will be looking elsewhere.UPDATE: company did finally contact me and send a replacement kit, so im satisfied with their customer service. Irrigation system is still working great and as advertised, have it set up to manual timers that water numerous plants.
