I like that you can create your own reviews for each application instead of having them preformated by another organization or person.

It is not as easy to navigate through the system if it's something new compared with other systems we have used in the past. The ability to add attachments such as documents directly into an email would be helpful too! We are able to track applications from our office remotely which has been very beneficial since many people work out of state/countryside. This also allows us to submit comments at any time without being physically present in the building.
