NOT for indoor use! Great, smart and effective design.

It's LOUD. No, louder...even at low pressure, your ears will hurt if you use it indoors. Make sure that the horn is pointed away from you when cycling. I didn't realize it was partially pressurized when I mounted it on my wife's tadpole recumbent and pushed the button. Ouch. After it was installed, I put on the pilot's headphones and tried it at full power. Sounds impressive. It can even get through the sound of a failing diesel engine. I was so impressed I bought another one to use on my recumbent position. It is adjustable so you can turn it down to your liking. The air cylinder can be pressurized up to 100psi by a tire Schrader valve under the trigger. It holds pressure well, dropping only 10psi after two days of storage at full pressure. It can also be reset using a Shraeder valve core tool to loosen the valve core. They're available at bike shops (and handy in the car, too). There are several options for attaching it to the bike. If you have large handlebars, contact Airzound for an adapter. Comes with two sizes of horn mount. ATTACH THE MOUNTING BRACKET BEFORE ATTACHING THE SIGNAL, and then attach the horn to the bracket. It may wobble a bit, but that can be fixed with a small clamp. Choose your location carefully as they must be removed. The air cylinder fits into a water bottle cage, or you can use one of the other frame mounting options. Something that isn't mentioned in the instructions but makes routing the air line easier is that you can remove the hose fitting from the cylinder. Carefully pry off the outer rubber cap, then use a 16mm wrench to unscrew the inner cap. Be very careful when removing and replacing the inner cap: it is industrial plastic and if you turn it upside down it will ruin everything. That's probably why the manual doesn't say anything about it. let it be on your own head The only real negative I have is that I wish the air hose was longer or if they offered longer hoses. Mounting on a trike would be much easier with a longer tube. They now come with metal air tanks, which apparently wasn't the case when they were first released. Nice improvement.
