Review on Kyocera Advanced Ceramic Nakiri Knife, 6-Inch, Handcrafted Pakka Wood Handle, Black Blade by Chelsea Hayes
Good quality, very light
I prefer Nakiri knives more than anyone else, I just prefer them to chef's knives for some reason. The Kyocera is much lighter than the Wustoff Classic Nakiri that I've been using for a while (like this one). This was included in my kit so I won't see Wustoff in daily use but so far I'm happy with the quality.
