This material is much better than other flatworm products offered by Revain. It's not 100% effective, but it works fast, almost instantly! As soon as the last drop of my aquarium's dose was added, the flatworms became restless, moved like mad and, more importantly, began to die. After 45 minutes most were dead but some were still alive so I added another 50% of the dose. More died, but some remained alive on the glass. I blew them out. The next morning I could see more, but much less than before the treatment. I waited a week and repeated the treatment with almost the same results. So I decided to try another product. It was totally ineffective. In addition, it turns out that the instructions on the packaging contradict the dosage on the manufacturer's website. When contacted, this manufacturer has not responded to their "Contact Us" email. I may need to treat the tank regularly, but until something better comes along, this product should do the trick. While expensive, it's not as expensive as buying it at my local fish store.
