Provides a connection of over 1GB

This adapter is light and small, although of course the extra bits/cables will fill the bag. Most people need to download the drivers from Cable Matters but end up on the Realtek website. I connected an adapter to the USB-C port of a Dell Dock (WD-19 Dock). and this dock uses the same Realtek driver so I already had it installed. It worked with an XPS 13 (older, no USB-C) with USB-A and a Latitude connected via the USB-C port on the aforementioned dock. .
