Plenty of information for newbies and Xerox technical support will keep you waiting in silence. FYI

Lots of detailed information to absorb and if you call Xerox for help you will (with few exceptions) be in complete silence and no one will know how long you will have to wait. No helpful video found. I have no time for that. A scan revealed a black background and I've never figured out how to change it to the default white. (Black would have used a lot of ink to print.) I really liked the form that allowed you to put multiple receipts on one page. I went back and bought a refurbished Epson ES200 from Epson for another $28 (b4 tax).
