Seems to be working pretty well. I'm not sure how accurate it is in terms of an accurate measurement, but it appears to reflect lower levels of CO2 in the air after opening windows and increasing ventilation, as well as varying levels as you move from room to room. It may take a few seconds after the ventilation source is introduced. The monitor gives you a reading as well as a happy, neutral, or sad face and a green, yellow, or red light. Unfortunately, there is no app for this that would increase the utility. In any case, this gives you a good idea of whether the room needs to be ventilated.
