Excellent Customer Relationship Management Solution

I can get all my customer information in one place instead having them scattered throughout different databases or spreadsheets! It helps me keep track not only who they are but also what products/services we sell so it's easy for clients when contacting us via email etc..

There really isn't anything i dislike about this system other then maybe how slow sometimes at times if you have too many customers listed within your database? But honestly just make sure there aren;t any issues before going live as once things do start getting busy again everything will be fine!! We were able use our CRM software which was great because now everyone knows exactly where each client resides regardless whether he calls himself John Smith from London UK OR Mr George Jones New York NY USA.

  • Not an expensive program, compared to others out their no monthly fees (just yearly subscription)Cons?: Nothing comes easily..you'll need time learning new ways.
