Review on TOUHIA Aluminum Bracket Extrusion Profile by Brian Page

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Works well, cutouts may need sanding

They are great for combining the 2020 profile at the angle. You can even use them to attach to a thicker profile like 4040 if you have the right T-nuts and a 4mm or 5mm screw. My only complaint is that the "tabs" that help line it up in the channel aren't easily broken and will need to be sanded down with a sander or removed if you plan to use it with one of the profiles at an angle to the bracket to use, which sometimes should be done unless you're making a simple rectangle. It's okay and it's quickly filed with a metal hand file. The paint isn't bad, it hasn't completely peeled off on me, and the staples with folds are very strong. With good 2020 quality you can build a very solid build for your size.

Pros
  • Industrial and Scientific
Cons
  • Very Expensive
