I bought 2 of these so my MacBook Pro can power my old 30" Apple cinema screen after using the CableCreation Type C to Mini DP Adapter have. , via the Apple Mini DisplayPort to Dual-Link DVI Adapter, got a little shaky. Suffice to say, none of these adapters worked. I was left with a blank 30" monitor, although the computer seemed to recognize that an external monitor was connected. I don't know why my setup is different from everyone who said their Amiroko adapters worked correctly - it looks like we did with the same configuration - but I hope the CableCreations adapter will be back soon Will be available.
