Loved so many features but bought 3 of the same items and each had an open button error. Of the three, each lasted an average of 7 applications. The button to open fell off or got stuck closed. I'm surprised I didn't see this issue in previous reviews. The product met expectations in terms of size and interface, but a malfunction in the basic operational packaging - the button that did not allow opening the microwave oven did not work. Hence 1 star.
