I bought two of these timers for use in my bakery and so far they are great. The two timer settings are great for foods that need two different baking times at different stages (e.g. changing the oven temperature) as I only have to set the timer once, making time more efficient use. Two features are killer compared to my last few timers, each button press doesn't make a loud beep and the timer can be turned off. In addition, there is a light that flashes on the timer that is about to turn off, and also turns on a "countdown" since the timer ran out, so you can see how much time has passed since the timer ran out . . The only thing I would change is the ability to hold down the minute button to set the time, but that's nominal compared to the features this timer has. I've only been using them for a few weeks and I hope nothing changes. Changes, but these are (for now) good products for the price!
