Garbage. Thin, ill-formed; almost transparent

Not to be classified as a cable tie; The plastic itself is more like rubber and they are so thin that light can shine through them. You might be able to use them to organize lightweight items, but they won't last long when trying to hold something in place or tie something securely - that's what zip ties have always been for...
