Used to have my Ford Escape teach a new sensor which was replaced due to a fault. It worked as it should and made a big difference. You may want to research a new sensor before installing it in a tire. I didn't and the first sensor I bought was bad. It's a bit of a pain to replace so I wasn't happy I had to do it twice. Just make sure you are at least 3 feet away from other sensors.
