I bought two of these for bikes for my 4 year old child. The seller was easy to use and super fast delivery. They were well packaged and were also in plastic. After removing the packaging, you need to pull the plastic tabs on each of the colors. This allows the batteries to make contact and the lightbulbs in the flowers will start blinking. The lights will flash when the bike is hit and turn off shortly after to conserve batteries. It came with small zippers as well as large plastic ties to attach the basket to the bike. The universal fit for all bikes with handlebars made it easy and fast to ride. The girls love them and after months they are holding up well and the headlights are still flashing. They dropped the bikes, left them out in the rain, filled the basket with rocks and they are still unharmed. Good product.
