I had to go back and change my review. I bought this product for my new pop up last fall. I noticed the sealer was cracked but it was already too cold to work with so I spent good money on this coating and left it until May. I thought he was doing a good job until he recently drew the curtains down and found that 3 of the 4 sideboards were badly damaged and needed repairs (I checked when I put them into storage so that was definitely over the winter) . Now I'm facing a very expensive repair or a $5,000 pop-up sale for parts. Yesterday I had a pop up window in my driveway and a storm was blowing in so I grabbed a tarp, covered the roof, got this cover from the garage and threw it up for extra protection. As I put the case on, I noticed dozens of small holes, tears, and thin spots. It didn't even last a season. I expected a lot more from a 100€ cover. I would just buy a tarp instead of buying a leaky cover that will fall apart in a season.
