One of our puppies loves to chew on collars while running around so this is a great solution for another dog. It looks brand new even after over a year of use with a very energetic pup. The only issue we had was that when attaching the charms to the collar, the leash was sometimes attached to the wrong ring (the key ring, not the collar ring). We solved this problem by using a different size keychain and attaching it to the link in the collar on the side (not next to the collar rings - I hope that makes sense). So it's not so easy to grab the bunch of keys when putting the leash on a squirming puppy.
