Review on Watts 500800 Instant Recirculating Install by James Arellano

I bought this pump a few months ago but didn't have a chance to install it until last week. The first day the fin seemed to work and I had warm/hot water on the tap in 1020 seconds (up from 60 seconds before). Although I heard the sound of the pump and the water running through the house. On the second day I ran out of fast warm/hot water and checked the pump. I understand that the pump is not working. I was finally able to contact PREMIERH2O customer service (480-675-7995) and help me check the pump rotation. Obviously it doesn't spin. I've been asked to go through the Revain return/replacement process, but the Revain window has closed and I'm stuck in the air. I'm alone again to seek her advice on a replacement. Poor customer support so far.
