I wanted a phone that my elderly father could easily use. I bought him an Alcatel Goflip but it had too many badges and was confusing for him. He just needed something simple where he could take and make calls. I was a bit hesitant because we have AT&T and I read a review that said this phone doesn't work on the AT&T network. But we took a SIM card from the Goflip phone and put it in this phone and everything worked! At first it didn't work, but we took out the SIM card, adjusted the position and then everything worked. My father is comfortable with this phone. I recommend it to anyone looking for an easy to use phone for elderly parents. The phone was also delivered very quickly. I think I received it in 2 days.
