I bought 2 of these air controllers, they cool the room very well. I love that factor, live in Arizona it's very hot here, need something for the bedroom that helps me love very easy. It has lights at the top and bottom which I don't use. I like a very cool, dark room to sleep in, so I use a face mask over it to block out the light, which works well. So I bought another one for the second rooms and when I wanted to turn it on a bright green light came on at the plug, I wasn't happy with this feature, my whole floor was lit up with green UGH, I kept waking up. So I'll try duct tape over it. So if you like to sleep in a very dark room, cover the light. I would give it 5 stars but the bright light is terrible. cools the room
