Works the same as OEM

It seems like OEM. The only difference is in the packaging. Another reviewer said they were uncircumcised etc. This is not the case with the ones I bought (multiple purchases). If you look through the shrink wrap they appear to be a solid block of foam, but after you remove the wrap they are individual blocks of foam cut from egg crates just like the OEM.
