Review on 🏭 JGAURORA A8 350x250x300mm Commercial Structure by John Brazington

Not an entry-level 3D printer, poor management, very little support and information about this printer.

pro We have used and have many different printers. We needed the JGAurora A8 because of its print size. 360 x 260 x 300 max. Big size but not many finished products are suitable for it. Very high class construction overalls. Dual extruder feeds stepper Dual X-axis stepper Real linear guides. AAA+++Z axis color Good exterior finish and looks great overall. Almost no US support. forums or something else. Support only from the manufacturer in China. Write, wait for an answer. email back. Wait wait the answer is no parts for this? Interchangeable nozzles are only suitable from A8 upwards. You have to buy the whole hotend. On the first run on the printer, the platform was too high and caught the edge of the glass and the hot end. The stepper just jammed and welded the motherboard like that. Second printer without Z axis + - control from main screen. We have contacted the manufacturer to see if we can update the board and screen to the latest version. "No, I can't do that with many parts." The new A8S is slightly better in terms of handling, but most other problems remain. I don't want to overdo it with them because they could make this great printer with a few nice modifications. It ends up being a $1,000-$1,200 printer that costs $2,500 including shipping from China. JUST because we found a cheap one I used one and it works so well for the parts we need to print. We will upgrade it with new controls and motherboard, extruder and hot end, change the top so it opens like the newer A8S model. Replace heatbed and glass, cut to size. For less than $500 plus a used printer, we have a nice big bedside printer. I advise. Your best bet is to buy an open frame gantry printer for $400 or less and install a box on it.

Pros
