One of the zippers got tangled. The zipper sometimes knocks off when it closes at the end instead of closing and not closing. There are loose threads! But other than that, it's cute and light. Has good volume. Not too big. Not too small. It's a good environment. Very nice again. If only there weren't any flaws. I will say I LOVE that there is a zip and latch near the large main section! That's a HUGE plus for me, so if you have one like mine and the main zips get tangled sometimes, you have a latch to keep the bag closed! It has both a zipper and a latch unlike many bags I've seen here!
