Failed in 10 months

About 10 months ago I bought my 350w Happybuy tractor to move a small Aliner trailer that weighs just over 2000 pounds. Most of the time, for trips, we simply move the trailer in and out of our garage on level cement surfaces. We were very pleased with the precise control the carrier gave us when moving the trailer in tight spaces. However, he died prematurely before his first birthday. Since I do not know how to contact the seller or manufacturer regarding warranty, repair, spare parts, I can only share my experience in this written negative review. I would like to update or remove my review if the company resolves my issue. They contacted me and gave me a partial refund so I don't suffer a full loss. I appreciate it.
