Many rim cleaners say they clean tyres, but most require multiple passes. but it actually cleans the tires! I don't even use it for wheels, just tires. 4 sprays around the tire, 16 sprays in total. Instant tan, a little agitation with a stiff brush and they're clean and black, no extra tanning, ready to protect. I've built 4 cars and have about 50% of the bottle left. Cheap and economical. If they sold this in gallon form I would happily buy it in that size, too bad turtle wax doesn't do more for us in that sense.
