Review on ENERGYSOUND by Anthony Montgomery

I had high hopes for ENERGYSOUND after reading positive reviews, and I was eager to place an order for a percussion instrument from them. To begin with, I was taken aback by how much my item ended up costing after shipping and handling. I was dismayed to see that the instrument had been broken and appeared to have been abused during shipping when it eventually arrived. The language barrier was a problem when I called customer support to ask for a replacement. The guy I spoke with was unconcerned with my issues and offered no solutions. Overall, I was quite dissatisfied with my time spent with ENERGYSOUND. I was unsatisfied with my purchase because of the excessive shipping costs, the unhelpful customer service, and the damaged product. This is not a vendor I would suggest to friends.
