Wonderful! Bought 2 braces, one for each arm. I have tingling in both hands. It is very comfortable to sleep in. There is a large gel pad in the palm area. And although they are hand interchangeable, the thumb piece never interferes with the comfort of the brace itself. There is a metal brace in the bracket, but it's well padded. The bandage is long and reaches to the forearm. I needed a long one because I bend my arms when I sleep so I needed something to keep them straight. I don't know if they'll be easy to wear to work all day as they're a little chunky, but they're great for sleeping in and wearing at home. Also, they really helped me with my hand numbness. My mom tried on my braces and is waiting for them to be refilled so I can order one for her.
