I had high hopes for this mount as I was looking for something flat. After reading many reviews I decided on this one. It does what it says on the tin if you find the right length screws (see below). However, I definitely expected more for the price. I've definitely bought mounts that are cheaper and seem to be better made. Pros: * I like the built in bubble level on the mount. * The locking latch is fairly easy to work with, unlike the screws used on some other locking mounts. TV in place* is super unobtrusive. The back of my TV is about 1.5 inches from the wall, which is exactly what I was looking for Cons: * It comes with four screw sizes. 2 sets of thinner screws and 2 sets of thicker screws. A long version for pads and a short version without. Hm. The screws just don't fit. The short screws are too short to screw into the back of the TV without spacers. Long screws are too short with spacers. Long screws are too long without spacers. I have a 2017 Samsung 6300 55" TV. Luckily I had screws from another mount that finally fit. Phew! I had to knock them out with a hammer to straighten them (see pic).
