The dress is beautiful. However, I searched petite women's dresses and this dress was in the petite section that came up. The size does not say petite( I ordered a M) but the length and bodice fits like a petite. However, the zipper is way too long and when you zip the dress, it bunches in the middle of the back. It also tends to bunch at the shoulders and the neckline in the back gapes because of this. Its as if they used the wrong length zipper for the dress. Otherwise, it is a very nice dress, has a little stretch making it more comfortable. Color is beautiful. I ordered green. It is a darker green than in the picture. A richer tone of green. Good for a wedding, semi formal event, or even formal with the right accessories.
